Household Hazardous Waste Depot

The free drop off service is provided for householders and farmers (not businesses) to dispose of hazardous wastes safely, responsibly and free of charge. For more information on recycling options near you, phone 1300 137 118 or visit www.recycleright.sa.gov.au

When: open 9:00am to 12:00pm the first Tuesday of every month (including public holidays).

Where: Corner Magazine Road and Henschke Street, Dry Creek.

Mobile drop off days:

October 28, 9am - 3pm  

Norwood Payneham & St Peters Depot, 30 Davis Road Glynde.

  • Householders can drop off paint (up to 100 litres), pesticides and herbicides, cleaning products, pool chemicals, solvents, oil and petrol, brake fluids and coolant at these mobile events.
  • These two events are open to householders of any council in South Australia.
  • Explosives and ammunition, fertilisers, pharmaceuticals, asbestos, batteries and light globes are not accepted. Householders should contact their local council for disposal options for these items.
